CRACS member Ricardo Rocha was appointed by the Association for Logic Programming (ALP) as co-chair of the Programme Committee for the 13th International Symposium on Practical Aspects of Declarative Languages (PADL'2011) that is taking place in Austin, Texas, US, January 26-28, 2011.

Over the years, PADL has become a major conference in applications of declarative languages, namely on logic programming and functional programming.
